As one of the youngest and most decorated attorneys in the DC government,

Naza headed her organization's largest public engagement initiative and successfully argued multiple cases before the highest court in the District of Columbia.

Naza holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law. She is barred in D.C. and Maryland.

Naza decided to leave at the height of her legal career to solve a problem she felt acutely in her personal life - creating a solution to the challenges professional Black women face finding love.

Naza formed Carpe Diem Social LLC, a transmedia company that operates exclusively in the dating and relationship space.

With a focus on building dating solutions that connect people and help build community, her team launched CarpeDM, a first-of-its-kind dating app and matchmaking service powered by a patented video-based matching process.

Naza is also the founder and CEO of Jentree Jones Consulting Co., a full-service consulting company with a skilled team helping clients quickly and efficiently go from idea to market.

Naza has extensive experience managing large-complex legal and technical projects, building teams, business planning, and creative problem solving. She served as General Counsel for Computer Geeks, a Virginia-based IT company for 5 years, and as director of business development for Netmego, a Chinese ITC software company specializing in online video game development.
